§3.1 Deliverables. Editor shall provide final cut, color grade, and all project files within 10 business days of final approval.
§4.7 Rights & Ownership. Client shall own all rights, title and interest in perpetuity across all media in any form now known or hereafter invented, including but not limited to Editor's underlying footage, techniques, and proprietary workflow methods.
§5.1 Payment. Client shall remit net-45 upon written approval of deliverables per Schedule A.
